Canceling a Pagewize subscription is super easy and we don't ask any further questions! If you are logged in to your back-end, you can go to subscriptions, under your account settings. There you can see all your expired and current subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription or turn off auto renewal.
Tip: If you turn off auto renewal, we will no longer charge you when your subscription ends. Until then you can still enjoy all the benefits of your Pagewize subscription.
You can purchase a Pagewize subscription with iDeal(WERO), Bancontact or PayPal. After the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation in your email from us. As soon as you received this, we immediately upgraded your website or shop to the paid version of Pagewize.
You can now make unlimited use of everything Pagewize has to offer!
You can try Pagewize for free for 30 days without any limitations. After 30 days we will deactivate your website, but all data will be saved. The work that has already been put into the website or shop will therefore not be lost.
You can purchase the subscription at any time and continue where you left off, which is handy!
Tip: If you purchase a subscription and pay it annually instead of monthly, you will get a significant discount as a gift. You won't have to worry about your online presence for a whole year!
Yes! If you already have a website subscription, you can upgrade to a Pagewize Shop subscription via your account.
Note: Downgrading a shop to a site is not possible. This is mainly due to the data that we are obliged to store. So think carefully whether you want to start a website or webshop. If you are still in the trial version and you have already created products, you can still opt for a website subscription. We will then automatically deactivate your shop data.
No, that's not necessary! Pagewize is an online cloud service that you can operate via a web browser. The system is optimized for use on both PCs and mobile phones. If you want quick access to Pagewize, you can, for example, add the login page to your browser favorites or place a shortcut on your desktop or home screen.
